Shipping & Returns
1.Refund
-the product returned must be in a new, unused, sealed and resaleable condition
1.1 If payment was made via credit/debit card, you will be responsible for the surcharge fee of 3.65%+Vat 7% of the total amount.
1.2 If payment was made via bank transfer, you will be asked for your bank account for transferring back the money. If there is any transfer fee, it will be deducted from your refund amount.
2.Exchange
-Exchange is not available.
-If there is an allergic reaction from using the product, it can be exchanged. Please provide the receipt and medical certificate from a hospital.
-Should you wish to replace the damaged product that was caused by us, please send it back to us via registered mail and we will pay for postage cost. Once received the returned goods, we will send a new one to you via registered mail.
3.Cancellation
-If the parcel has not been dispatched, we will review your reason for cancellation. We will process the cancellation if the cause was from us, otherwise we do not provide the cancellation.
4.Postage Protection
-If your parcel is lost in transit, please inform us and we will contact Thai post. If they are unable to locate it, we will consider the next step and let you know.
